I think that for extremely powerful chars like Vegetto the SSj multiplier is no higher than 5x. So you put 2x and 4x on top of that for SSj3. So he'd be plenty strong, comfortably above everyone in the universe bar Beerus and Whis. Beerus would still be many, many times stronger though. What about SSJG Goku?
